What shipping type do you offer?
Paid shipping method is UPS Next Day Air.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically to the continental United States only. This excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.
How long is your processing time?
Due to the frozen nature of our products, orders are processed and shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will ship out the following Monday. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the notes section of the order. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
How do you ship items?
Your meat will ship frozen in an insulated container packed with dry ice or ice packs. Please be mindful when removing from your box.
